Event Producer
Full-Time Salaried Position – Hybrid position with frequent travel required.

Summary of Position Responsibilities:
This position is a dynamic, client-facing position working in support of a variety of high profile corporate and non-profit clients to produce one-of-a-kind events and experiences in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
You’ll be performing a variety of event planning, production and logistics management responsibilities, inclusive of (but not limited to) the following:
General project management
Set-up Google Drive project folders
Set-up project planning boards
Utilize project planning software to plan, track and report key task milestone status (both to the internal team and to the client team)
General event production planning and management, to include:
Project budget management
Production coordination– to include, but not limited to assisting with the following:
Concept development (concept pitch decks and inspo boards)
Run-of-show development/management
Script development
Production schedule
Basic production support (basic knowledge of staging, lighting, audio, etc. preferred)
Vendor selection, coordination & management
Floor plan development
Logistics coordination and management
Talent management (to include itinerary development, management communication and travel/ground transportation)
Venue sourcing, evaluation and coordination
Crew meals
Temp staff training and scheduling
General client relationship management
Manage/update respective client weekly update agendas
Lead client update calls and follow ups
Provide written summary updates to clients on a weekly basis
Required Skill Sets:
3+ years experience in the live events industry (or 1 year internship and 2+ years industry experience)
Must be able to think critically, demonstrate strong problem solving skills and have an ability to come up with multiple solutions as issues/challenges arise throughout the planning process and onsite
Must be able articulate concepts, ideas, next steps and action items effectively both verbally and in writing (to team members, vendors and clients)
Must be able to communicate clearly in writing (emails) and in person (during meetings, updates, etc.); must provide responses to emails, texts and calls in a prompt and clear manner
Must be self-motivated, proactive, and be able to take initiative while communicating circumstances clearly to team members
Must be able to work efficiently and manage time well (even remotely) with minimal supervision
Availability to travel (sometimes frequently or extensively during peak seasons)
Must be proficient in Google Docs, Google Sheets and Google Slides
Proficiency in Adobe CS and Canva preferred, but not required
Position Title: Event & Activation Manager (This position reports directly to the Director of Events)
Pay Rate/Hours: This is a full-time salaried position (salary is flexible based on experience and performance).
